We are proud to launch our Erasmus+ mobility project, dedicated to strengthening inclusion, diversity, sustainability, and digital education in adult learning.
Throughout this project, our organization focuses on:
✨ Creating inclusive opportunities for disadvantaged groups – especially parents of children with disabilities
🌱 Promoting environmental sustainability through eco-friendly practices and digital solutions
💻 Enhancing digital skills using innovative tools and online learning platforms
🤝 Encouraging active participation and intercultural collaboration
👥 Our Team & Approach
A multidisciplinary team of professionals ensures high-quality implementation:
Project Manager – overall coordination & quality assurance
Administrative Coordinator – logistics & budget management
Communication Specialist – inclusive participant selection
Training Coordinator – development of learning programmes (including ABA & digital education)
Participant Support Officer – guidance before and during mobility
Evaluation Specialist – recognition of learning outcomes (Europass Mobility, certificates)
Monitoring Expert – supervision and compliance with Erasmus+ standards
📚 What happens after mobility?
We go beyond the training:
Integrating results into workshops, courses, and organizational practices
Organizing regional workshops for parents, educators, and partners
Building long-term collaborations with organizations such as Fundacja TUS & SPES
Using digital tools and ABA methodologies in future programs
Supporting peer-learning networks and parent mentors

We actively disseminate our outcomes through:
Workshops, newsletters, and local community sessions
Social media, websites, and YouTube videos
International webinars with 65+ partners
Free access materials: guides, toolkits, and case studies
