About Us

SKILLHUB INCLUSIVITY is a Romanian non-governmental and non-profit organization based in Iași, dedicated to promoting social inclusion, lifelong learning, and equal opportunities for all — especially for youth and adults with disabilities, migrants, and disadvantaged communities.

Our mission is to create bridges between individuals and opportunities, fostering education, employment, and empowerment through training, counseling, research, and European cooperation.

We believe in a world where every person — regardless of ability, background, or circumstance — has the chance to grow, learn, and participate fully in society. Through education, empathy, and inclusion, we aim to reduce barriers and create spaces where diversity is celebrated. 🙌

Our Main Objectives

• Develop systems that enable the active participation of people with disabilities, migrants, and disadvantaged groups in decision-making processes.
• Support youth and adults in developing social responsibility projects addressing community challenges.
• Promote social and labor integration through tailored training and job orientation.
• Strengthen international cooperation through Erasmus+ and other EU-supported programs.

What We Do

SKILLHUB INCLUSIVITY combines practical expertise with social commitment across multiple fields:

  • Education & training: From inclusive learning courses to international mobility projects, we foster competence development and non-formal education.
  • Psychology & counseling: Our professionals provide psychological assessments, therapeutic recovery, and vocational guidance to improve self-esteem and employability.
  • Digital empowerment: We design accessible digital tools, educational apps, and social media campaigns promoting inclusion and participation.

Our European Engagement

As an active Erasmus+ partner, SKILLHUB INCLUSIVITY has participated in multiple international projects such as:
