Overview:
CareerCraft aims to support young people’s career development, employability, and creativity through innovative non-formal learning tools. The project targets youth facing social and economic barriers, focusing on guidance, mentorship, and skill-building for the future of work.
Key Objectives:
- Equip young people with 21st-century skills: critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving.
- Foster entrepreneurship and professional orientation for disadvantaged youth.
- Create digital learning resources and mentoring programs to facilitate career planning.
- Strengthen cooperation between NGOs, education providers, and employers.
Main Activities:
Career coaching workshops, job-shadowing experiences, online learning modules, youth mentoring networks, and international skill development events.
